As soon as at least one element (image, video, audio) has been selected, this small selection window is displayed.
It contains special commands that are specific to the currently selected element.
Illegal commands are disabled (grayed out)

Possible commands:
  • Add immediately
The current item is added immediately to the current location on the page
  • Add automatically
All images are set to pages according to the current layout (defines the number of images per page) and the selection “Use free space only”
  • Advanced Edit
The Advanced Edit window opens with additional options for positioning and scaling of the current element
  • Reset
The image selection is deleted and the prepared element is removed from the page. All parameters and switches are set to default values.
  • Check Settings
The element-specific settings / attributes can be customized in the Element Attributes Setting” window that opens.
  • Ignore actual element
The currently selected item is removed from the page and from the selection.
If several elements have been selected, the next element in the list is displayed and can be edited (scaled, positioned, added)
  • Abort Add
If the automatic addition of all elements was started via “Add automatically”, the process can be aborted prematurely
  • Close
Close this pop-up window. This can be helpful if it gets in the way of small screens.
As soon as you click on the current element in the preview, the pop-up window opens again.

  • Close PopUp: Just like any other window, you can close the window using the “X” on the top right (Windows) or the red button on the top left (in the Finder).
  • Move PopUp: If you find a free space in the header that you can use to “grab” it with your mouse, you can move the PopUp window like any other window to another location
If the header is too small, you can click on the Icon in the header to open a list and select “Move”.

    p(((.

After clicking on “Move” a special cursor will be displayed, which you can now grab with the mouse and move it together with the pop-up window.
