Page parameters

Page parameters are only valid for the selected page (s).
If the same parameter is also available as a book parameter, a page parameter will override this value for the specified page or page range.

To distinguish it from the book parameters, the background of a page parameter window is blue instead of green.

Since there are significantly fewer page parameters (28) than book parameters (303), filtering by group is not supported for page parameters.

Most operations and functions are very similar to those in the book parameter window. Details can be found there. A parameter must first be selected with a click in the row/cell before the value can be changed.

All parameters of the same group are displayed.
Note: Groups for page parameters cannot be selected, but they are used internally by the program.
In contrast to the setting for book parameters, there is an additional input field for page parameters: Page range (PAGES).
After changing the value of a parameter, the page range input field is available for input and a page range for the actual parameter can be selected.

Definition of page range
An range is defined by the first and last page, for example: 10-20 for all pages between 10 and 20 (inclusive).
several page ranges can be defined as a list, separated by commas.

Example: 4-10, 16-20
Single page numbers can be listed also; even mixed with ranges, e.g., 4, 6, 8, 18-24, 28

Example: “10-” is interpreted as “10 – (number of pages)”.

Examples assuming a book with 26 pages:

Definition Result
1- 1-26
-10 1-10
-8, 14-18, 22- 1-8,14-18,22-
Revision: 6
