This information will guide you doing the first baby steps, i.e. as long as no Mz3 Book was found in the system.
In that case, the context help opens automatically and provides guidance; until you created your first 5 Mz3 Titles.
After that the Context Help is no longer shown automatically, but can be opened via the menu item: Open the Context Help

Assumption made: mz3Tool is installed successfully and started.
While starting the program you’ll see a “Splash Screen”, followed by the New Project Window

This Window offers several options:

  1. Create a new Book from Page Images
  2. Create a new Book from single images/photos
  3. Create an empty book (just empty pages of the configured size and count)
  4. Create a Book from a PDF File

There are 3 examples available in Quick-Tours, giving you an idea what can be done in a simple and fast way, making use of default settings.

  1. New Book out of a PDF File
  2. New Book from ‘Page Images’
  3. New Book from photos (photo book)

If you keep the context help window open, the content will adjust with every click on a menu tab and give “on the point” guidance.

It’s that easy!
